Do I need a domain first?
Yes — email hosting puts mailboxes on your own domain (you@yourdomain.com). Register or connect a domain, then add email to it. If your domain is with us, we auto-configure the MX/SPF/DKIM records for you.
Can I use my existing email apps?
Absolutely. Every plan includes IMAP/SMTP and webmail; Pro and Business add ActiveSync for one-tap setup on phones (Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail app, etc.).
What about spam and security?
All plans include antispam + antivirus filtering, SPF/DKIM/DMARC support and encrypted connections.
Can I add mailboxes later?
Yes — create and manage mailboxes, aliases, forwarders, catch-all and auto-responders any time from your portal, up to your plan's mailbox limit.
