Refund Policy

PixelForge Cloud is a pay-as-you-go service with no long-term contracts. All paid services — cloud servers, VPS, dedicated servers, web hosting, cloud storage, email, domains and SSL certificates — are billed in advance and are non-refundable, the standard model for cloud infrastructure providers.

Domain registrations, renewals and transfers are never refundable: the registry fee is charged immediately and cannot be recovered once the domain is registered.

You can cancel anytime. Cancelling turns off future renewals and your service keeps running until the end of the period you've already paid for — the current period is not refunded, and no early-termination fees apply.

You keep your data and can export it at any time before a service ends. Have a billing question? Contact support — we aim to be fair and transparent.
