Credits, Gift Cards & Referrals

These terms cover account credit, gift cards, referral rewards and promotions at PixelForge Cloud. They are part of the Terms of Service.
1. Account credit
Account credit (from top-ups, gift cards, referral rewards or adjustments by our team) is held in your account wallet and used automatically toward your invoices. Credit has no cash value, is not refundable or transferable, and can't be exchanged for cash, except where the law requires. Credit added by mistake, or obtained through fraud or abuse, may be removed.
2. Gift cards
A gift card code adds its value to the wallet of the account that redeems it, once. Treat codes like cash: we can't replace a code that is lost, stolen or used without your permission. A promotional card we give away may have an expiry date, shown when it is issued; unredeemed value is lost after that date, except where the law requires otherwise. A gift card that was paid for does not expire for at least five years after it was issued.
3. Referral program
You can share your referral link. When someone new signs up through it and makes their first paid order of at least the qualifying amount, you both receive the account credit shown on your Referrals page at the time they sign up. Rewards are credit only, not cash.
If you share your link publicly, make clear that you earn a reward when people sign up through it (for example by calling it a referral link), and don't make claims about our Services that aren't true.
Rewards are not given for referring yourself or your own other accounts, for orders that are refunded or charged back (a reward already given is reversed), or for referrals obtained through spam, misleading advertising, bidding on our brand name, or fraud. We may change or end the program, or withhold rewards for abuse, at any time.
4. Promotions & promo codes
Promotions apply as described in each offer. Unless an offer says otherwise, promo codes are one per order, can't be combined, apply to the first billing period only, have no cash value and may end at any time. Orders using a code obtained or used in breach of its terms may be cancelled or re-charged at the normal price.
