Uptime Commitment

Last updated October 24, 2026

This Uptime Commitment describes the availability we aim for at PixelForge Cloud, how we handle maintenance and incidents, and how we keep you informed. It is a target we work to meet — not a guarantee — and no service credits or refunds are owed if it is missed.

1. Our target

We aim for 99.9% availability each calendar month for the customer portal, our API, and the network reachability of the servers and hosting we provide, measured as the share of minutes in the month they are available, not counting the exclusions below.

2. Maintenance

We give at least 48 hours' notice of planned maintenance that may interrupt a Service, where we can. Urgent security or stability work may need to happen sooner, with as much notice as possible.

3. Incidents & status

When something goes wrong we work to restore service as quickly as possible and post updates on our status page. Afterwards, for significant incidents, we explain what happened and what we are changing.

4. Not counted

  • Planned or announced maintenance.
  • Events beyond our reasonable control, including attacks and outages of networks or services outside our platform.
  • Problems caused by your software, configuration, content or traffic, or by actions taken inside your server.
  • Suspensions for non-payment or breaches of our policies.
  • Products marked as beta, preview or coming soon.

5. No credits

Because this is a target, missing it does not entitle you to service credits, refunds or compensation. If availability ever falls short for you, tell us — we want to know and to fix it.
