Software License

Last updated October 24, 2026

This Software License applies to the PixelForge Cloud software we license to you — including the PixelForge ERP, the AI Website Builder, the PixelForge Panel control panel and the agents we install on servers we run for you (the "Software") — whether it runs on a server we provide or on one you control. It is part of the Terms of Service.

1. Licence

While your subscription is active and paid, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to install and use the Software for your own business, on the number of instances and with the features your plan includes. The Software is licensed, not sold.

2. Licence keys & check-ins

Licence keys are confidential and belong to your account; don't share or publish them. The Software checks in with our licence service from time to time to confirm the subscription, sending the licence key, an instance identifier, the software version and the server's address. If the subscription ends or is unpaid, the Software stops working when its current licence period runs out — the data on your server is not deleted by this, but you will need an active licence to use the Software again.

3. Restrictions

  • Don't copy, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense or host the Software for others, except as your plan allows.
  • Don't remove, disable or work around licence checks, feature limits or security features.
  • Don't reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, except to the extent the law allows despite this restriction.
  • Don't use the Software beyond your plan's instance, user or feature limits, or to build a competing product.
  • Keep our copyright, trademark and licence notices.

4. Updates

Updates are included while your subscription is active. On servers we run for you, we may install updates — including automatic security updates, usually between 02:00 and 05:00 UTC — and the update process keeps your data and returns to the previous version if the new one doesn't start correctly. We may stop supporting old versions. Please report suspected security vulnerabilities in the Software to us; we investigate them and ship fixes as updates.

5. Your data

Data you put into the Software is your Customer Content. We access the Software's data on your server only as you instruct, to give you support, or to install, update and keep it running on servers we run for you.

6. Open-source components

The Software includes open-source components licensed under their own terms, which apply to those components and are available on request.

7. When the licence ends

This licence ends when your subscription ends or if you breach it. You must then stop using the Software. The Terms of Service sections on disclaimers, liability and disputes apply to the Software.
