These Terms of Service govern your use of PixelForge Cloud services ("Services"). By creating an account or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

Services are provided on an as-is basis. We resell certain products (domains, SSL certificates, and compute) from upstream providers and are subject to their policies in addition to ours.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the registrant and billing information you provide, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate Services for non-payment, abuse, or violation of these terms. Domain registrations are subject to ICANN policies and the applicable registry agreements.
