How buying works: cart, checkout & payment

Every product — a server, a domain, an SSL certificate, a mailbox — goes through the same cart and checkout. You can mix product types in one order.

Check out

1. 1Pick a plan and click Add to cart (some products, like hosting, let you configure add-ons first).
2. 2Open your cart, review the items and apply a promo code if you have one.
3. 3Click Checkout. If you're not signed in, you can sign in or create an account at this step.
4. 4Pay with a saved card, a new card, or your account wallet balance.

Billing model

• We charge in advance and renew automatically so services never lapse.
• There are no refunds on the current period — cancel any time and service runs to the end of what you've paid for.
• Domains and SSL are especially non-refundable because the registry fee is paid immediately.
