SPF, DKIM and DMARC are DNS records that prove your email is really from you. Without them, providers like Gmail may mark your mail as spam or reject it.
What each does
- SPF (TXT) — lists the servers allowed to send mail for your domain.
- DKIM (TXT) — adds a cryptographic signature so recipients can verify the message wasn't altered.
- DMARC (TXT) — tells receivers what to do with mail that fails SPF/DKIM, and where to send reports.
Add them
- 1Open your domain's DNS in the portal.
- 2Add the SPF, DKIM and DMARC TXT records we provide for your mail service.
- 3Start DMARC in monitoring (p=none), review reports, then tighten to quarantine/reject.
- If your domain and email are both with us, these are added for you.
