Billing lives under Billing & Renewals in the portal. We charge in advance and renew automatically, and you can pre-load credit into your wallet.

Manage billing

2. 2Pay any open invoice from the same page.
3. 3Top up your wallet to cover renewals automatically.
4. 4Review upcoming renewals so nothing lapses.

• If a renewal payment fails, we retry and email you a 'Pay now' link before anything is suspended.
• Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at renewal with no loss of paid time.
• Refer friends for account credit under Refer & Earn.
