PixelForge Cloud is pay-as-you-go — the standard cloud-infrastructure model. There are no contracts and no early-termination fees. You pay in advance for a period, and services renew automatically so nothing lapses.
Cancelling
- Cancel any product any time — cancellation simply stops the next renewal.
- Service keeps running to the end of the period you've already paid for.
- There's nothing to negotiate and no penalty — turn auto-renew off or cancel, and you're done.
Refunds
- We don't refund the current period — when you cancel, you keep the service until it expires rather than getting money back.
- Domains and SSL are especially non-refundable, because the registry / issuer fee is paid immediately and can't be reclaimed.
- Because there's no lock-in, you're only ever paid up to the end of the current period — so there's little to refund.
Upgrades & downgrades
- Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated.
- Downgrades take effect at the next renewal, so you never lose time you've paid for.
