Change your password & recover lost 2FA

Update your password, and get back in if you've lost your two-factor device.

Your password and two-factor settings live in Account & Security in the portal. Changing your password can sign out your other sessions — which is a good thing if you suspect someone else had access.

Change your password

  1. 1Open Account & Security.
  2. 2Enter your current password, then a new strong one (at least 10 characters, mixing letters, numbers and symbols).
  3. 3Save — you may be asked to sign in again on your other devices.
  • Forgot your password entirely? Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page to reset it by email.

Lost your 2FA device

  1. 1Use one of the backup codes you saved when you enabled two-factor — enter it in place of the 6-digit code to sign in.
  2. 2Once in, open Account & Security, turn two-factor off, then re-enable it with your new device to get fresh backup codes.
  3. 3No backup codes? Contact support to verify your identity and regain access.
  • Store backup codes offline, away from your phone.
  • If you're locked out entirely, a support ticket with identity verification is the way back in.
