Export or delete your data (GDPR)

You can get a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. These controls live under Privacy in the portal.

Export your data

1. 1Open the Privacy page in the portal.
2. 2Request a data export — we generate a downloadable copy of your personal data.
3. 3Download it when it's ready.

Delete your account & data

1. 1From the same Privacy page, request account deletion.
2. 2We confirm the request, then remove your personal data (subject to records we're legally required to keep, such as invoices).

• Cancel and let active services expire before deleting, so nothing is provisioned in your name.
• Deletion is permanent — export first if you want a copy.
