Transfer a domain to PixelForge

Transferring brings a domain you own elsewhere under your PixelForge account. A transfer also adds one year to the registration in most TLDs.

Before you start

• The domain must be at least 60 days old and not within 60 days of a previous transfer.
• Unlock the domain at your current registrar and disable WHOIS privacy temporarily so the auth code email can reach you.
• Get the EPP / authorization code from your current registrar.

Start the transfer

1. 1Go to Domains → Transfer a domain and enter the domain.
2. 2Paste the EPP/auth code when prompted and pay (this covers the +1 year).
3. 3Approve the transfer email if the registry sends one. Transfers usually complete within a few days.

• Track progress under My Domains — the status updates as the registry responds.
